On December 18, 2024, Shengyi Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. held its highly anticipated groundbreaking ceremony at the TFD Phase II Industrial Park in Chachoengsao Province, Thailand. The event was attended by key figures, including Mr. Anukul Ubonnuch, General Manager of JCK (Public) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Krittawat Taechaubol, Deputy General Manager; Miss Darunee Suwanchatree, Head of Operations II at the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT); Miss Chulaporn Paniwattananon, Director of IEAT’s TFD Park; and Mr. Liu Shu Feng, Management Consultant of Shengyi Technology Group, along with senior management and members of the Thailand project team. Together, they witnessed the official launch of another pivotal milestone in Shengyi Technology’s global strategy.
In his address, Mr. Liu Shu Feng warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and expressed deep gratitude to everyone who has supported the development of the Thailand facility. Mr. Chen Shaoting, leader of the Shengyi Technology Thailand project team, pledged to lead the team with dedication and enthusiasm, ensuring the successful and timely completion of the facility. Following his speech, Mr. Liu Shu Feng officially announced the commencement of the project, marking the start of construction.
To commemorate the occasion, the distinguished guests participated in a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony, waving golden shovels to cover the foundation stone with soil, celebrating the official start of the project and wishing for a smooth and successful construction process.

A Strategic Investment in Southeast Asia
Shengyi Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in September 2023 and is located within the TFD Phase II Industrial Park in Chachoengsao Province. Spanning approximately 160,000 square meters and representing an investment of USD 20 million, the new facility will become the first overseas production base for Shengyi Technology’s copper clad laminates. The industrial park’s strategic location, near Suvarnabhumi Airport and major shipping ports, provides excellent access to key transportation routes, reinforcing the company’s commitment to efficient supply chain management.
The Thai subsidiary is set to produce 12 million square meters of high-performance copper clad laminate and 23.4 million meters of prepreg annually. The facility will cater to the growing demands of industries such as automotive electronics, AI servers, high-performance circuit boards, and chip packaging substrates. With these capabilities, Shengyi Technology (Thailand) will support customers not only in Thailand but also across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
